Configure Your Jeep Wrangler in Carthage, MO

The Jeep Wrangler continues to be the top choice for drivers looking for versatility and off-roading fun, and you can find yours at Wood Motor CDJR of Carthage. As the 2025 models arrive on our dealership lot near Webb City, we’re loving what’s new in the capable and iconic Jeep Wrangler.

Powertrain Changes for 2025

Over the years, Jeep has offered the Wrangler in several engine and body configurations. You can still purchase the Wrangler with two doors or four doors. It’s still available with a hard top, soft top, or power top, and the Wrangler still comes in several trim levels and price points.

Jeep still offers the Wrangler with the 3.6-liter V6 Pentastar engine, but only with a six-speed manual transmission. This engine and transmission combination is standard on the Sport, Sport S, Willys, and Rubicon trims.

This year will be the last time Jeep offers the Rubicon 392 Final Edition with the 470-horsepower 6.4-liter V8. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Drivers who don’t want to spend six figures on a Rubicon 392 Final Edition but want a Wrangler with an automatic have two choices in 2025. The first is a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine with 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The second option is the same engine paired with a plug-in hybrid electric motor which delivers 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Both engines come with the eight-speed automatic transmission, and the PHEV engine is only available in the Wrangler 4xe model.

The Refined Yet Rugged Wrangler Interior

The entry-level Jeep Wrangler Sport comes with limited features, making it a great choice for Jeep drivers who enjoy customizing their own vehicles, but it does come with several infotainment tech features. The 12.3-inch touchscreen comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Bluetooth, a pair of USB ports, and eight speakers. But you’ve got to move to the Sport S trim to get features like power locks and windows.

If you’re looking for a more refined interior with upgraded comfort features, check out the Sahara trim. It comes with heated front seats and a heated steering wheel, a 7.0-inch digital gauge cluster, and the option to add leather upholstery.
